¶1Heard Sri Rahul Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant, Sri Anuruddh Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 and Sri Ganesh Datt Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 5.

¶2By a detailed order passed today in Special Appeal No. 952 of 2019 (Mahendra Singh Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and 5 Others) we have dismissed that appeal with respect to the claim for interest made belatedly and after finality was attained in the first leg of proceedings.
