¶1List has been revised. None appears on behalf of he applicant to press the instant application.

¶2Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned AGA for the State is present on behalf of the State-respondents.

¶3The instant application has been filed seeking quashing the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 498 of 2014, Case Crime No. 13 of 2014 (State vs. Ishtiyak), under Sections 324, 504, 506, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor.

¶4From the record, it appears that on 05.09.2014, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the instant application and since then the instant application is pending. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the instant application which is pending since 2014.

¶5There is no interim order in the instant case, therefore, it appears that since nine years have passed and proceeding in the State case must have concluded or have progressed substantially. No one is present in the instant case, therefore, the instant application has become infructuous due to efflux of time.
