Applicant-Smt Reena Pandey has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Principal Judge, Firozabad-Ist to decide the Case No. 180 of 2013, titled Smt. Reena Pandey Vs. Rakesh Pandey, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad in a stipulated period. Learned counsel for applicant submits that though the complainant's husband is paying the monthly maintenance of Rs.4,000/- to the applicant-wife, but her application seeking enhancement of the maintenance amount filed on 10.1.2022 is not making any headway. He prays that it would be in the interest of justice, if, the proceedings are expedited. Upon hearing the learned counsel for applicant and considering the background of this case, particularly the fact that husband is regularly paying a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month to the wife, this Court is not inclined to exercise the inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10.11.2023 passed in Writ Petition(s) (Criminal) No. 587 of 2023, titled Shaikh Uzma Feroz Hussain Vs.
