¶1Case called out in revised list. None present on behalf of the applicant. However, learned AGA for the State is present.

¶2On 22.11.2023 Jailor concerned was directed to submit a report whether applicant wants to engage another counsel of his own choice or not.

¶3As per report of Jailor concerned, applicant has already been released from jail on 21.09.2022 after completion of his sentence and at present he is not in jail, therefore, it appears that instant bail application has become infructuous.
