¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Ugrasen Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Electricity Department.

¶2The petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery certificate dated

20.07.2023 issued for Rs.64160/- and other charges.

¶3Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that the petitioner can always get the matter settled under the One Time Settlement scheme floated by Government vide Government Order dated 04.11.2023.

¶4Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted.

¶5If the petitioner approaches the Electricity Department for One Time Settlement under the Government Order dated 04.11.2023 within a period of one week from date, then the Department shall take a decision thereupon in accordance with law.

¶6Till such time a decision is taken by the Electricity Department under the One Time Settlement scheme, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.
