¶1The present revision has been filed inter-alia with the prayer to stay the judgment and order dated 08.05.2023 passed by Small Causes Court Ghazipur against the petitioner in paper no. 20g and Case No. 01 of 2021 (Smt. Lakkhi Jaiswal and another vs. Mohan Yadav).

¶2A preliminary objection has been raised by the counsel for the opposite parties that suit No.47/16 is filed by the revisionist in respect of House No.29 and House No. 131. It is argued that proceedings in the present case is in respect of House No.7. Hence the application filed by the revisionist under Section 23 of Provincial Small Cause Court Act, 1887 being Application No.20-C was rightly rejected.

¶3After the aforesaid preliminary objection, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the revisionist to dismiss the present revision as not pressed.

¶4Prayer is allowed.
