¶3Sri Rajesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse at appropriate forum.

¶4In view of the statement so made, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
