¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 05.08.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.578 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station-Sikandara, District-Agra.

¶3Learned AGA states that after investigation police has filed charge-sheet in the matter, therefore, the petition is rendered as infructuous.
