¶1Heard Sri Ram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.7.2020, in Case Crime No. 259 of 2020, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Shahi, District Bareilly.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 35 of 2021 has been forwarded on 29.9.2021 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
