Applicants being accused in case FIR have filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the order dated 20.10.2023 whereby the trial court has issued non-bailable warrants against them to secure their presence in Case No. 2319 of 2021; titled State vs. Mobin and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 480 of 2020, registered under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kanth, District Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicants does not press the present application in order to avail the alternative remedy before the Magistrate concerned.
