¶1The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the proceedings of R.A. No. 146 of 2023 within a specified time-frame.

¶2Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer, we direct respondent no. 2 to decide the said application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of communication of the instant order.
