¶1This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 470 of 2022 under Sections 376, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Bairia District Ballia.

¶2A short counter affidavit annexing therewith a photocopy of the chargesheet has been filed by Shri Vibhav Ojha, Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and submits charge-sheet No. 58 of 2023 has already been submitted on 21.02.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
