¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking quashing of entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1738 of 2019 (Smt. Sapna Vs. Swatantra Kumar Srivastava), pending before learned court of Additional Civil Judge(Atrocities against Women), Allahabad.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application against impugned order dated 19.09.2023 and further requested that he may be granted 15 days time to pay the amount in question in terms of order dated 19.09.2023.

¶4Under such facts of the case, application is disposed of with direction to applicant to pay the entire amount, for which recovery order dated 19.09.2023 has been issued, within three weeks from today.

¶5Order dated 19.09.2023 shall remain stayed for three weeks or till the payment of amount in question by the applicant, whichever is earlier.

¶6In case amount is not paid by the applicant within the time given by this Court, this order would lost its effect and Additional Civil Judge(Atrocities against Women), Allahabad shall proceed against the applicant in accordance with rules for recovery of the aforesaid amount.
