Attachment order has been passed against the petitioner under Section 14 (1) of the UP Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986. It is contended that an objection has been filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate on which no decision has been taken so far. It is also submitted that even the objection has not been entertained. Learned AGA states that objections filed by the petitioner shall be dealt with as per law. In the facts of the case, we dispose of this petition with the direction upon the authorities concerned to ensure that petitioner's objection against the attachment proceedings shall be concluded within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
