¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner, Jafar Ali, son of Babban Ali and 4 others have approached this Court to get the consolidation proceedings stopped in the guise of the representation, which is impermissible.

¶3After substantial arguments, once the Court declined to entertain the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
