¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2Non bailable warrants were issued against the revisionist vide order dated 10.10.2023 by this Court since no one had appeared on his behalf. As per office report dated 16.11.2023/12.12.2023, a report of C.J.M., Bulandshahar has been received stating therein that the revisionist Devi Singh has died on 30.8.2020. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

¶3This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant has died.

¶4In view of the above, the revision stands abated.
