1.7.2023 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Mahoba, by which the complaint of the revisionist has been rejected. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that due to wrong advice the present criminal revision against the order dated

1.7.2023 has been filed whereas the appeal is provided under Section 14(A) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He prays that this criminal revision may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file criminal appeal under Section 14(a) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In view of above, the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
