¶1Heard the counsel for the parties.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no.4 is harassing the petitioner and despite repeated representations, the police force of the district Etawah is not giving any security to the petitioner.

¶3In case the act of respondent no.4 amounts to any offence, the petitioner has the remedy either to lodge a First Information Report or to file an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, 1973. It is not a case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
