¶1Heard the counsel for the parties.

¶2The claim of the petitioner in the present petition relates to payment of certain dues for the work done by the petitioner in the North Central Zone, Cultural Centre, Prayagraj.

¶3It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending.

¶4The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, North Central Zone, Cultural Centre, Prayagraj. In case, the said representation is filed by the petitioner, the Director shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation and in case any dues are found to be payable to the petitioner, the same would be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of the decision of the Director.
