¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Chhibramau, District -Kannauj to declare the allotment land as Sankramiya Bhumidhar in favour of petitioners in view of under Section 76 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situated in village - Midhauli, Pargana and Tehsil-Chhibramau, District Kannauj."

¶3The preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the grievance of the petitioners has adequate remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5In case, the petitioner approach the authorities concerned under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, his application shall be considered and decided expeditiously preferably with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
