¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in revised call, however, learned AGA for the State is present.
¶2On 29.11.2023, Jailor concerned was directed to submit a report whether applicant wants to engage another counsel of his own choice or not. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, C.J.M., Shahjahanpur has submitted its report, which is on record and flagged as 'B'.
¶3As per the report of the C.J.M. concerned dated 11.12.2023, applicant has already been released on 14.08.2023, therefore, it appears that the instant bail application has become infructuous.
