¶1Affidavit of compliance and counter affidavit to the compliance affidavit, filed today in the Court, are taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the first informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3The writ petition has been filed, seeking following relief, primarily:- "i. writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI and quashed the G.D. no. 38 of 2023 regarding her missing related to Police station Noida Sector 20 District Gutambudh Nagar (Commissionerate)."

¶4In our considered opinion, the relief prayed for cannot be granted as the G.D. entry cannot be quashed.
