¶1Heard Sri Prashant Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Om Prakash Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Today, Shama Parween (the corpus herein), Sahibe Alam, through whom this habeas corpus petition has been moved, Ekramul Haque-respondent no.4 are present before this Court on their own. Shama Parween and Ekramul Haque are identified by the counsel for the respondent Sri Om Prakash Yadav and Sahibe Alam is identified by counsel for the petitioner Sri Prashant Rai.

¶3The corpus Shama Parween, in presence of Sahibe Alam and her father Ekramul Haque-respondent no. 4, stated in the open court that Sahibe Alam has been her classmate and she knows nothing more than that. She expressed her desire to stay with her father and none else. She also stated that she is not under any unlawful restraint or detention of her father and she proposes to stay only with him in future as well.

¶4In view of the statement given by the corpus Shama Parween (aged about 23 years) in the open Court, I do not find any good reason to keep this habeas corpus petition pending or to proceed any further.
