¶2Learned AGA as well as Shri R.S. Yadav are present for the Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 13.01.2022 registered as Case Crime No.12 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 376, 377, 506 IPC and Section 3/4D.P.Act, Police Station-Nawabganj, District-Farrukhabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
