¶1None appeared on behalf of petitioner even in revised call. However, I have perused the record.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Case No. 2012551834010002/ 12/ 2022 (Raghuraj vs. Jashoda), under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one years from today, if there is no legal impediment.
