1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents.

2.The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 28.05.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0181 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, & 120B IPC, Police Station-Bithoor, District-West Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar.

3.The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the parties have resolved the differences by means of a written compromise on the basis of a decree has also been passed by the civil court.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner s to produce the alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer who shall examine the same and thereafter proceed strictly in accordance with law.
