¶1Sri Yadvendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner, fairly submits that prayers of this writ petition are not happily worded and prayed that objections under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, pending from 2002 be decided expeditiously including substitution application.

¶2Considering above circumstances as well as taking note that above referred matter is pending for last many years, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that concerned authority will decide objections including substitution application expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
