¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 27.06.2021 registered as Case Crime No.262 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Sarai Akil, District-Kaushambi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.
¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
