¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioners to decide Revision No. 202354054400000351 of 2023 (Anshuman and others vs. Ajay Kumar), under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
