¶3This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 to 4 to transfer the investigation of the case crime no.362 of 2017, under section 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Baksa, District Jaunpur to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), New Delhi or to any other independent agency competent to investigate into the case crime.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
