¶1This matter was adjourned on 02.08.2023 and 13.09.2023 and today also there is a request for adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for petitioner.
¶2Prayer for adjournment is rejected. I have perused the record with the help of learned Standing Counsel.
¶3Essentially the prayer made in this writ petition is to decide Appeal No. 406 pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ballia.
