State Cement Corporation Limited from 29.03.1967 to 21.09.1979, when his services were terminated vide order dated 21.09.1979 passed by the General Manager, U.P. State Cement Corporation Limited, Churk, Mirzapur. Mr. Ashish Agrawal, learned Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petition is highly belated. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner in answer to the preliminary objection, this Court finds that the petition is not only highly belated but belated outrageously.
