¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and Shri Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and 4.

¶2Present writ petition is filed challenging the order/notice dated

26.10.2023 issued by the respondent no.3, whereby, he has proceeded to restrain the construction of the house situated at Village Masuri, Tehsil Meerut Sadar, Meerut. Further it is prayed to restrain the respondents from raising 400 KV Shamli-Aligarh Line Corridor over the constructed portion of the petitioner in Gata no.112/3 situated at Village Masuri, Tehsil Sadar, Meerut.

¶3Learned counsel for respondent submits that the controversy involved in the petition is squarely covered by a decision rendered in Rajendra Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, (Writ - C No. 34367 of 2023) passed on 09.11.2023, therefore, it is urged that the petition may be decided in terms of the aforementioned decision.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the factual and legal aspect of the matter.
