¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 27.06.2020 registered as Case Crime No.233 of 2020, under Section 2/3 UP Gansters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Paschim Sharira, District-Kaushambi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
