¶2Learned AGA is present for the Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 18.01.2020 registered as Case Crime No.43 of 2020, under Section 166 IPC and Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station-Cantt. District-Agra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
