¶1Shri Girjesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel who appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

¶2The case of the writ petitioner is that he was working as a, Incharge Principal of the institution in question, Rastriya Sanskrit Madhyamic Vidyalaya, Tarava, Sonbhadra who stood superannuated on 31.03.2022 after spending 44 years of service in the institution in question.According to the writ petitioner there happens to be a communication dated 26.04.2022 of the second respondent quantifying the GPF amount of Rs.32,64,999/- and there also happens to be a communication of the District Inspector of Schools, Sonbhadra to the third respondent for making of the said amount for allocation of the budget, but till date nothing has been done.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the writ petitioner may approach the third respondent-Finance Controller (Secondary Education) Education Directrate, U.P. at Prayagraj who shall take appropriate decision for the payment of amount which stands quantified in the communication dated

26.04.2022 and 28.07.2022 along with admissible interest within a period of two months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
