¶1Heard Shri Tanuj Shahi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel who appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

¶2Principally the relief sought for a direction to the second respondent Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Lucknow, to accord consideration to the requisition sent on 19.07.2019 followed on 14.12.2020 for filling up ten posts of Assistant Teachers, details whereof has been given in Para 17 of the writ petition. He seeks to rely upon a Government Order dated

31.03.2023 whereby, now second respondent is to accord consideration to the claim.

¶3Shri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that the issues with the writ petitioner seeks to raise, needs determination by the second respondent. Thus, the writ petitioner may approach the second respondent along with the certified copy of the order accompanying the self attested copy of the writ petition and the second respondent shall decide the claim of the writ petitioner.

¶4Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed off directing the second respondent to decide the claim of the writ petitioner within a period of three months from the date of a production of a certified copy of this order.
