¶1Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.08.2022 in Case Crime No.619 of 2022, under Sections 406, 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Roja, District Shahjahanpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no.146 of 2023 has been forwarded on 22.02.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
