¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.03.2023 in Case Crime No. 0136 of 2023, under Sections 366, 506 IPC, Police Station Katra, District Shahjahanpur.

¶3Learned AG.A. for the State-respondent submitted that the F.R. No.28/2023 has been forwarded on 23.06.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
