Ambedkar University And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Prem Narayan Rai Counsel for Opposite Party :- Shambhavi Tiwari Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. The writ Court on 18.04.2023 while disposing off Writ-C No. 3058 of 2022 passed the following order; "Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents-University submits that the credentials of the candidature and the authenticity of their testimonials have been enquired into and the marks-sheet of the bonafide students shall be issued within a period of four weeks. As far as the candidates whose results shall not be declared, the respondent-University shall pass a reasoned order disclosing the reasons for the same within a period of four weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent-University." From perusal of the order of writ Court, it is clear that it was on the statement of the counsel appearing for the University the writ petition was disposed off requiring the University to declare the result. Compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party/University which is taken on record. Paragraph no. 6 of the affidavit states that the result of 17 genuine candidates has been declared by the University, while paragraph no. 7 discloses that a reasoned order has been passed on 30.11.2023 disclosing the reasons as to why the result of remaining candidates could not be declared. In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party and the result of genuine candidates has been declared while reasons have been assigned for not declaring the results of undeserving candidates, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt application stands dismissed. Order Date :- 13.12.2023 Shekhar High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
