Compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party wherein in paragraph no. 4 it has been stated that the applicant has been offered plot no. 14-A having an area of 40 square meter in another scheme known as Dev Prayagam. Learned counsel for the applicant states that upon the instructions from his client he has no objection to the said offer. In view of the offer so made by the opposite party and the same having been accepted by the applicant, it is hereby directed that Prayagraj Development Authority shall forthwith allot plot no. 14-A measuring 40 square meter in Dev Prayagam housing scheme to the applicant within 15 days from today. The applicant is further directed to abide by the letter sent to him by the authority on
