Learned Standing Counsel informed to the Court that so far as mark sheet of High School of petitioner no. 1 is concerned, it is forged and the original mark sheet relating to roll no. 1130063 is existing in the name of Km. Aarti D/o Smt. Kamlesh Devi while the name of the petitioner no. 1 has been interpolated by the petitioner. Moreover, it is also submitted that petitioner no. 1 is already married to respondent no.7 and no documents of dissolution of marriage is filed. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed subject to cost of Rs. 30,000/- on the petitioners. Learned C.J.M, Bareilly is directed to realize the cost from the petitioners and deposit it to District Legal Service Authority, Barielly.
