¶1In compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2023, instruction dated 13.12.2023 has been placed before the Court which is taken on record.

¶2Sri S.P. Singh, learned Addl. C.S.C., on the basis of the instruction, submitted that in respect to the plot in question, two cases under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been registered against respondent no.5-Dalsingar as Case Nos. T201117140100142 & T202217140108633 which are pending before the Tehsildar.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner states that appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Harraiya, Basi to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
