¶2It has been informed by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel Ms. Priyanka Midha that in order to get the order under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 dated

20.5.2016 complied with, action has been taken by the State and

28.12.2023 has been fixed for taking over of the possession.

¶3Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed.
