01.08.2023 has been dropped. In this regard, Mr. Bhupendra Yadav, presently posted as Sub Inspector, Police Station Soraon, District Prayagraj has also filed an afÏdavit dated 07.12.2023, which is on record. In view of the above, the cause of this application has lost its efÏcacy, hence, the instant application has become infructuous. Accordingly, at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, the instant application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
