This petition is premature, because the petitioner has approached this Court against the findings of an inquiry made under Section 68(1) of the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 with recommendation of action under Section 68(2) of the said Act to be taken by the Registrar. If and when and order of surcharge is passed by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar, it will open to the petitioner to challenge the order made.
