¶1Shri Saurabh Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners after making brief submission prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petition as various amendments in the Service Rules providing for the manner of absorption of Shiksha Mitra in the primary schools on the post of Assistant Teacher has not been brought on record.

¶2Prayer made is allowed.
