Vijay Kumar Punj-applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional District Judge, Court No. 6, Azamgarh to decide the Session Trial No. 520 of 2012, titled State Vs. Vijay Kumar Punj, arising out of Case Crime No. 300 of 1996, under Sections 342, 364 I.P.C., Police Station Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh in stipulated period. On 8.11.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:- "1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2In compliance of order dated 31.10.2023, the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Azamgarh has submitted his report dated 06.11.2023 with an observation that the statement of PW 1 and PW 2 and the order sheet from dated 23.04.2022 to dated 29.08.2022 are missing. It is further observed that the inquiry in this respect is going on and after reconstruction of the record trial will be proceeded. Learned trial court is hereby directed to expedite the reconstruction of the record and apprise this court in this respect on or before the next date fixed.

¶3List this matter again as a fresh on 5.12.2023." Pursuant to the communication sent through letter No. A-482/494 dated 16.11.2023 response has been received from Additional District Judge, Azamgarh, wherein, it is pointed out that case file of the Session Trial No. 520 of 2012 stands completed and the trial has again commenced. The ofÏcer has further assured this Court that endevour shall be made to conclude the trial expeditiously. In view of the above response, no further directions are called for.
