The present criminal appeal has been preferred under Section 14-A(1) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, to set aside the summoning/cognizance order dated 18.04.2023 passed by Special Judge S.C./S.T Act, Auraiya, in Special Case No. 131 of 2023 under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C and under Section 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T Act . Learned counsel for both the parties pointed out that the sole appellant Rajesh Kumar Gupta, had died on 31.08.2023.
