¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioners to decide Stay Application dated

21.09.2023 as well as Revision No. 1840/ 2022-23 (Krishna Kant and others vs. Banke Lal and others), pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
